Welcome to EVG Group! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Substitution policy

You have the option to substitute delegates by providing reasonable advance notice to EVG Events.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellations made in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference will receive a 90% credit to be used at another EVG conference within one year from the date of issuance. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by EVG Group for all permitted cancellations.
b. No credit will be issued for any cancellations made within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.
c. In the event that EVG Group cancels an event, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. This credit can be used for another EVG Group event to be mutually agreed upon, within one year from the date of cancellation.
d. Except as specified above, no credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.

3. Postponement Policy

In case EVG Group postpones an event and you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. This credit can be used for another EVG event to be mutually agreed upon, within one year from the date of postponement.

4. Force Majeure

EVG Group shall not be held responsible for events canceled due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, accidents, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, outbreak of disease, hostilities, terrorism, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full credit note will be provided.

5. Speaker and Topic Modifications

While we strive to confirm speakers and topics at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may require substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. EVG Group reserves the right to make necessary changes to the advertised speakers and/or topics without any liability to you. We will update our website promptly with any substitutions or alterations.

5.1. SPEAKER REPLACEMENT

EVG Group is not responsible for speakers unable to attend due to personal reasons, especially in last-minute circumstances. We daily update our lineup of speakers to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. In such cases, we will either provide a suitable replacement or arrange for the speaker to participate virtually. We reserve the right to make necessary changes without liability. Your understanding of these circumstances is appreciated.

6. MEDIA RELEASE

By attending an EVG Group event, you grant permission for the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials, including photos and videos, for marketing purposes. If you are a speaker, this also includes your name, biography, and presentation materials. If you have objections, please notify EVG Group in writing before the event. Your participation implies acceptance of these terms, and EVG Group is not liable for the use of such materials. Contact us with any concerns. and/or topics. EVG Group reserves the right to make necessary changes to the advertised speakers and/or topics without any liability to you. We will update our website promptly with any substitutions or alterations.
