We will gather women who are thriving in their fields, great women leaders who will share their struggles, journeys, and success stories with other aspiring women. Historically, women have always played a prominent role in society and have been decision-makers. However, the roles of women in the workforce have been neglected. According to global statistics, only 6% of women hold leadership positions, and this number further declined during the pandemic.

This summit creates an ecosystem where we can discuss how women in leadership roles can transition from being good to being great, and ultimately become unstoppable. We will explore how they can change the perception of themselves in the workplace. It is time for us, as women, to step up and take the lead. Our previous edition of the event was a testament to this celebration, where we had women leaders from various sectors and industries.
